Sales Conditions
On receipt of an order, we check if all requested items are available; we calculate the cost of carriage (unless the customer has an account with an International Courier) and we will then confirm your order with a Proforma Invoice, showing the total amount due and our bank details for the transfer.
We ship the goods immediately on receipt of payment. All payments must be in advance. We regret we cannot accept cash-on-delivery payments as these are usually not accepted by International Carriers.
Carriage is made by Quick Pack Europe (Italian Mail Service) which had the most competitive rates. It applies to most European Countries, delivery in 3 working days, maximum 30 kgs.

Current charges are as follows
Up to 3 kgs	€ 25,05
3 to 5 kgs	€ 28,80
5 to 15 kgs	€ 43,80
15 to 30 kgs	€ 59,40
